Kate Holland is currently the General Manager for the Sands College of Performing Arts at Pace University, as well as a third-year PhD student in Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky.  A multi-hyphenate theatre practitioner, Kate has worked as an artist, producer, and manager in regional, touring, off-Broadway, and Broadway theatres, and continues to maintain a creative practice as a member of The Barrow Group Theatre Company in New York City.  Her research area is human resource management in professional theatre and she has been a member of the Actors' Equity Association since 2006.
