About me
Originally from Chicago, Kelly Tonina (K.T.) Cooper is the Centre Administrative Director and an instructor at Atlanta Ballet. Formerly serving as the organization’s DEI Lead for five years, K.T. developed numerous initiatives that fostered a more culturally inclusive environment.
K.T. also serves as the National Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Stonewall Sports, Inc. (SSI), a prominent LGBTQIA+ recreational sports league with 27 chapters nationwide. As part of her work with SSI, K.T. co-founded Queendom Athletix, a group dedicated to empowering women and nonbinary individuals in sports.
K.T. holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She is currently a third-year doctoral candidate in Arts Administration at the University of Kentucky.
